Residential HVAC Service Technician

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Residential HVAC Service Technician position Include:
· Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in HVAC service and repair.
· EPA Certification required; additional HVAC certifications preferred.
· Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills with a focus on residential HVAC systems.
· Ability to work independently and manage daily service calls efficiently.
· Perform repairs and maintenance on residential HVAC systems.
· Complete an average of 5 – 6 jobs per day.
· Provide high-quality customer service, explaining technical issues and recommended solutions.
· Accurately document service reports and maintain compliance with HVAC regulations.
· Work a Monday – Friday schedule (8am – 5pm), with on-call rotation.
· Be available for extra hours during the busy summer season as needed.

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Residential HVAC Installer position Include:
· At least 3 years of residential HVAC installation experience.
· Solid understanding of HVAC systems, including mini-splits, ductless and traditional systems, gas and oil furnaces, AC condensers and coils, boilers a plus
· Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills with a focus on residential HVAC systems.
· EPA certification required.
· Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
· Able to communicate effectively with other team members and manage job responsibilities.
· Maintain a clean and organized work area at job sites.
· Provide high-quality customer service
· High attention to detail with a passion for getting installation done correctly.
· Accurately document reports and maintain compliance with HVAC regulations.
