Gas Heat – 20 Point Clean and Check
- Clean and brush burners
- Clean pilot or electronic ignition
- Check gas line from gas shutoff to gas valve for leaks

CONDITIONS
- Home Comfort Heating & Cooling will endeavor to render prompt and efficient service hereunder, but it is expressly agreed that Home Comfort Heating & Cooling shall in no event be liable for damage or loss caused by delay or any loss arising out of the performance of this agreement.
- Above plans cover air conditioning through 5 ton, oil fired warm air furnaces, oil fired boilers, gas warm air furnaces and gas boilers.
- Home Comfort Heating & Cooling reserves the right to reject any agreement if on inspection by service technician, equipment is found in such condition that service will be unsatisfactory to both parties.
- It is mutually agreed that this agreement covers only electrically operated units inside the equipment and does not cover electric, plumbing work, balancing beyond the units, or any work required because of negligence, misuse of equipment, clogged oil lines, fire, flood, acts of God, shortage of electrical, gas, oil, or water supply, sabotage, or damage caused by freezing.
- No service will be rendered under this agreement if customer has a past due account.
- This agreement shall NOT include: replacement of refrigerant, refrigerant leaks, recovery of refrigerant, refrigerant leak testing, chronotherms, zone controls, fan blades, blower wheels, replacement of water tank, heat exchangers, combustion chamber, clogged oil lines or related components, electric heaters, burners, boiler, automatic water feeders, moduflo system, tankless heaters, vents, valves, and other accessories not an integral part of the oil burner, gas furnace control system, air conditioning controls, drawing down or refilling of boiler/heating systems, nor freight, nor labor to replace these items.
- This agreement is not written on a prorated basis and no refund will be made if cancelled prior to normal expiration date.
